Can you customize an itinerary?+
Yes. Send your dates, group size, interests, accommodation preference and approximate budget. We will review the route and prepare a quotation for the trip requested.
Are wildlife sightings or migration crossings guaranteed?+
No. Wildlife is wild and migration timing varies with rainfall and grazing conditions. A route can be planned around seasonal patterns, but sightings and river crossings cannot be guaranteed.
Are the displayed package prices final?+
Package prices are currently handled by request-a-quote. Supplier costs, park and conservation fees, dates, accommodation availability, flight arrangements and group size need to be checked before a final price is confirmed.
Are accommodations confirmed when I select them?+
No. A selected property is a preference only. Its exact location, seasonal operation, room availability, rate and suitability for the route must be confirmed before booking.
Can I combine a safari with Zanzibar?+
Yes, a safari and Zanzibar combination can be planned. The practical order depends on your international flights, domestic schedules, baggage rules, travel dates and preferred beach area.
Can I book a fly-in safari?+
Potentially, depending on the destinations and dates. Routes, schedules, baggage allowances and transfers must be confirmed with the relevant operator before a fly-in itinerary is quoted as available.
What happens after I send an enquiry?+
Your enquiry is submitted to the configured booking endpoint. If the email service or server is not configured or delivery fails, the form should display an error rather than a false success message.
