    The Destination

    More than a place.
    A feeling.

The Serengeti is not one landscape but many: southern short-grass plains that can support calving when seasonal rains and grazing conditions align; the central Seronera Valley; granite kopjes and woodland; the western Grumeti region; and the northern Mara River area. The best area to visit depends on the season and current conditions.

The best sector and camp depend on the season and the herd movements at the time of travel. No wildlife sighting or migration event can be guaranteed.
